What should I bring on the day of my procedure?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance information, a current list of medications, and any instructions provided by your physician or care team.
Will I need someone to take me home?
Yes. Patients should provide a responsible adult to transport them home from the facility and remain with them for twenty-four (24) hours if required by their provider.
Does Triad ASC accept insurance?
Triad Ambulatory Surgical Center accepts most major insurance plans and is happy to assist patients in verifying coverage prior to their procedure. Please contact us to verify your insurance coverage.
What if I have allergies or take medications?
Provide complete and accurate information about your health history, medications, over-the-counter products, dietary supplements, and any allergies or sensitivities before receiving care.
